For the article I read in Forbes, "The Best Place for Business and Careers," that really caught my attention. The article is about the top 100 places for business in the country. Ranked number one is Raleigh, NC. This is a good piece of information for me to know because if I continue with my business career, this city would definitely be a place of interest to me. The city that caught my attention the most, with the predictions and results of this article, is that Fort Collins, CO was ranked number two out of the country for a great place to start business. This really interests me because I love Colorado, and if I plan on working for great businesses, or starting my own, I can remain local. The ranking system was based on a number of things, such as the employment, education, and housing, and with all of these in account, Colorado had two metro's ranked in the top ten! This article gives me a little hope with our current standing with the economy, knowing that after I graduate, Colorado can remain my home for business as long as I would like.
